Asst Manager, Healthcare Data & Strategy #HJO

Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support service transformation initiatives across clinics and healthcare settings
Work closely with clinics, internal stakeholders, and community partners to support programme implementation and engagement
Develop and operationalise workflows, SOPs, and service models to improve operational effectiveness
Monitor clinic performance and support KPI tracking through dashboards and reports
Perform data extraction, validation, and analysis to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability
Translate operational requirements into meaningful data metrics and reporting solutions
Analyse operational data and provide insights to support decision-making and process improvement
Prepare reports, presentations, and management updates on transformation initiatives and performance indicators
