Asst Manager / Manager – Digital Fundraising

Job Description

About the role:
The Manager will oversee the growth of digital fundraising and community engagement programs to support the financial goals of Bhumi. The Manager will provide coordinated leadership for retail fundraising and engagement activities, developing and implementing marketing strategies to support fundraising across the organization.
Role and Responsibilities:

Grow retail fundraising by acquiring new donors

Engage existing donors to grow their support and contributions

Engage with volunteers to educate and inspire them to fundraise for the organisation.

Leverage Bhumi’s website, landing pages, and Google Ads to drive donations
