The Asst Manager/Manager, Facilities Management is responsible for the strategic oversight and operational management of all the facilities within Warees Group.This role involves strategic planning, procurement, contract administration,and performance management of the Managing Agent (MA) and outsourced FM vendors. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Planning & Portfolio Oversight Oversees & drive the planning, development and management of infrastructure and facility services, and the safety, security and emergency preparedness for various buildings and sector entities.
