Responsibilities:
Operations &Service Management
Oversee day-to-day Trauma Centre operations and patient flow.
Ensure efficient use of manpower, resources, and services.
Lead quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives.
Support emergency preparedness and response planning.
Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and accreditation requirements.
Strategic Planning& Transformation
Develop and implement the Centre's strategic plans and trauma masterplan.
Translate strategy into actionable projects, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
Support senior leadership committees and workgroups through planning and coordination.
Trauma System Development
Improve and integrate trauma care processes across departments and institutions.
Enhance the patient journey from admission through recovery.
Introduce innovative care models and operational improvements.
