• In depth Knowledge of TCF Manufacturing Process In depth Knowledge of vehicle systems like Brake, Suspension, AC etc. Good Knowledge about process parameters of above processes and their relation with product Quality. Good knowledge of probem solving techniques like 7 QC tools, 8D, DOE, Why Why analysis etc.
• Fully conversant with “QMS” Knowledge Quality Systems, Knowledge about problem solving techniques 7 QC tools, DCP, PFMEA, QCRT, PPAP, SPC & MSA concepts etc. Knowledge of DOE/advance statistical tools Knowledge of ECN implementation Process In-depth Knowledge of Concern resolution systems Knowledge of various audit systems like ISO:,TPM, MAPS, MMEA, MQS Use MPPAP, APQP, MSA and SPC in decision making in all areas.
