Opportunity Description
Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll for factory workers and staff (monthly/weekly/daily based on shift). Collect, verify, and process attendance, overtime, leaves, incentives, and other earnings. Ensure timely salary disbursement through appropriate bank channels. 2. Compliance & Statutory Requirements: Handle statutory deductions and filings (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.). File statutory returns and ensure compliance with labor laws and factory regulations. 3. Documentation & Records Management: Maintain payroll-related data, salary registers, statutory records, and audit trails. Ensure secure and confidential handling of employee salary and personal data. 4. Employee Support: Address employee queries regarding salaries, tax deductions, payslips, etc. Issue payslips, Form 16, and other payroll-related documents. 5.
