Asst. Manager - Payroll

1. Payroll Processing:

• Manage end-to-end payroll for factory workers and staff (monthly/weekly/daily based on shift).
  
• Collect, verify, and process attendance, overtime, leaves, incentives, and other earnings.
  
• Ensure timely salary disbursement through appropriate bank channels.
  

2. Compliance & Statutory Requirements:

• Handle statutory deductions and filings (PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)....
