日本における新規モダリティ製品（細胞治療、放射性複合体（RC））のコマーシャル戦略、事業成立性評価、市場形成、Go-to-Marketモデル構築をリードするシニアポジションです。

本ポジションは、Japan Leadership Team（JLT/ 日本の経営陣） レベルで重要なコマーシャル意思決定に関与し、New Modality Strategy Lead（R&D） をはじめとする社内の主要ステークホルダーと連携しながら、戦略的方向性と商業的実現可能性を結びつけ、日本市場における持続的な事業成功を推進します。

Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Leader, New Modality to lead commercial strategy, business viability assessment, market shaping, and go-to-market model development for innovative new modality products in Japan, including Cell Therapy, Radioconjugates (RC), and other assigned modalities.

This is a senior leadership role that will shape key commercial decisions at the Japan Leadership Team (JLT) level.
