Plans, implements, supervises all athletic programs at all sites that provide sports under the supervision of the Unit Director and/or Area Director
Responsibilities
KEY ROLES (Essential Job Responsibilities)
Ensure all athletic programs and services have accurate participation records. Work hand-in-hand with the Unit Director and/or Area Director to:Plan, organize and implement Daily, Weekly and Monthly sport schedulesPromote and stimulate youth participation.Increase participation yearly by at least 10% for each sportEnsure registration for each sport is out timely and make calls from year prior. Post sports schedule on social mediaSet up remind or similar app for all parents to notify if games are cancelled changed or for information. Communicate with parents regularlySecure sponsorships in conjunction with CEO & Resource Development Manager for all sports. Provide training for the coaches yearly ...
