Attendant, Guest Arrivals - Universal Kids Resort

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for supporting all aspects of Guest entry and exit to Universal Kids Resort’s theme park. Provides exemplary Guest service for all Guests arriving at the Toll Plaza, using suggestive and persuasive upselling of parking options while providing parking directions in a safe manner. Responsible for transactions of pass sales and admission of Guests in and out of park through admissions area while maintaining the integrity of the front gate by verifying ownership and validity of tickets. Provides information, directions, and daily operational times to Guests as requested and assistance to Guests requiring rental services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
