The Office of the New York State Attorney General’s (OAG) Suffolk Regional Office is seeking an experienced attorney to handle the enforcement of the state’s Cannabis Law in collaboration with the Office of Cannabis Management, as well as affirmative social and economic justice investigations, enforcement actions, and litigation in diverse areas including consumer protection, civil rights, workers’ rights, housing protection, charities.
