**JOB SUMMARY**

Practices as an attorney and address legal matters for the Company on a range of legal issues within the Legal Department’s Capital Projects and Maintenance practice group with a specific focus on real estate related matters.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**

+ Addresses routine and moderately complex issues falling in the Capital Projects and Maintenance practice group's responsibility, which generally advises on and assists with the completion of capital and maintenance projects, supports securing necessary governmental approvals and private rights necessary to complete such projects and supports the real estate group by addressing legal matters related to acquisition, maintenance and protection of real estate assets.
