Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney - AM LAW Top 200 Firm - Charlotte, NC - Hybrid

Compensatio n: $170,000 - $220,000 Base

*Experience with landlord representation and real estate litigation a plus

Responsibilities

• Independently perform all phases of litigation, from pleadings through trial preparation
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and discovery responses
• Attend depositions, hearings, and client communications
• Collaborate with senior attorneys across practice areas in a team-oriented environment

Qualifications

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admission to the North Carolina bar required
• 5-15 years of litigation experience
