Based in San Jose, this position offers the opportunity to handle sophisticated employment matters while building a long-term career within a collaborative professional environment.

The attorney will manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution and serve as a trusted advisor to employers on a broad range of workplace issues.

• Manage employment litigation matters through all phases of the case
• Handle discovery, depositions, hearings, mediations, ADR proceedings, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
