Responsibilities
- Handle employment law matters from intake through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial-related documents
- Take and defend depositions
- Appear in court and argue motions
- Support mediations, arbitrations, and settlement efforts
- Assist with trial preparation and second-chair trial work
Qualifications
- Active California Bar membership in good standing
- 1–5 years of civil litigation experience
- Employment law experience preferred
- Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
