Rissman is hiring Insurance Defense Litigation attorneys . We are a fast-paced litigation team where you will independently handle depositions, motion practice, complex cases and develop strategies while working alongside experienced trial counsel. Our firm is a respected firm known for excellence, client service and trying cases.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage all aspects of civil litigation from inception through trial
- Develop and execute case strategies
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
- Collaborate and communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams
What We’re Looking For:
