Description We are looking for an experienced Attorney/Lawyer to support a growing equity derivatives practice within a major financial services environment in Boston, Massachusetts. This Long-term Contract position centers on complex documentation for strategic equity swaps and related financing arrangements, while partnering with business, compliance, and legal stakeholders to facilitate product expansion and client activity. The role is well suited to a mid-level attorney who is comfortable managing sophisticated trading agreements, advising on regulatory considerations, and contributing to new offering launches.
