• Draft and file legal petitions related to probate administration, conservatorships, and trust modifications, including Spousal Property petitions and Heggstad petitions.
• Prepare detailed fiduciary reports and accountings with accuracy and thoroughness.
• Manage discovery processes and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
