Au Pair/nanny

Overview

We are looking for a nanny to join our family during our upcoming busy calving season on our dairy farms in Rongahere/Clydevale. We have two children aged 1.5 and 3.5 years.

Schedule

• Monday & Wednesday – help get both children ready in the morning. The eldest is in kindergarten 9:00‑3:00, so there is one child at home during the day. Duties begin at wake‑up when I leave for work, continue during my return for drop‑off, and finish after morning farm jobs, as well as in the afternoon.
• Tuesday, Thursday & Sunday – both children are home all day. Assist from wake‑up while I work on the farm during the morning and again in the afternoon.
• Friday & Saturday – days off.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare meals and perform basic cleaning.
• Keep the children happy, busy, and learning.
• Support daily routines and foster a caring environment.
