Opportunity Description

Our Valued Public Sector Client is seeking an experienced Audio-Visual (AV) Technician to support the setup, operation, and maintenance of professional audio/video conferencing environments across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, install, and configure AV equipment including displays, projectors, screens, microphones, speakers, and cabling
  • Set up and support Video Teleconferencing (VTC) environments for meetings, presentations, and hybrid collaboration sessions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve AV and VTC equipment issues quickly and effectively under pressure
  • Perform preventative maintenance and testing of AV hardware to ensure optimal system reliability and performance
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to presenters, meeting participants, and end users
  • Edit and enhance audio recordings to improve clarity, balance, and overall sound quality
