Senior Audiologist | South West | £40,000 - £50,000pa


Castlefield are thrilled to be partnering with an established provider to support in the provision of a new Senior Audiologist. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Audiologist who is ready to take the next step in their career. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding patient care while leading and mentoring a small, skilled team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing comprehensive diagnostic hearing assessments and hearing aid fittings
  • Leading day-to-day clinical operations and ensuring best practice standards
  • Supporting, supervising, and developing junior audiology staff
  • Working closely with the Practice Manager to maintain excellent service delivery
  • Contributing to service development, innovation, and patient experience initiatives
