Essential/ Key Responsibilities
- Indirect Taxes like GST, Custom, Stamp duty etc.:
Monthly reconciliation of books with GSTR-2 B/2 A. Preparation and filing of monthly GST returns (GSTR 1 & 3 B). Preparation of GST annual returns (9 & 9 C) on a monthly basis.
Coordination with the project team for timely filing of GST returns by vendors and subcontractors.
- Direct Taxes like Income Tax, TDS etc.:
Preparation of TDS data for depositing challan on a monthly basis. Preparation and filing of Quarterly returns 24 Q/26 Q/27 Q/27 EQ/26 QB etc. Advance tax calculation and Challan deposit. Quarterly reconciliation of 26 AS. Tax audits 3 CA/3 CB, transfer pricing, deductions chapter VI A etc.
- ROC & MCA Compliances:
All kind of Secretarial work related to Incorporation and routing filing of forms like AOC 4, MGT 7, CHG 1, CHG 4 etc.
- Ledger Scrutiny & Vendor KYC:
Ensuring all financial records and reconciliation of all statutory ledgers of Duties & Taxes along with...
