Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services via phone
- Create, manage, and close service requests in a timely manner
- Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal teams when needed
- Handle basic and straightforward issues; escalate more complex concerns to senior staff
- Deliver excellent customer service by ensuring a positive customer experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in BPO auto insurance accounts
- Strong English communication skills
- Willing and able to work onsite at MOA, Pasay City
