Job Summary
The Polisher is responsible for enhancing and restoring the surface finish of vehicles by polishing and buffing painted areas after repairs or detailing. The Polisher ensures a high‑gloss, defect‑free finish that meets company and manufacturer quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Surface Polishing & Buffing: Polish repainted surfaces and vehicle panels using rotary or dual‑action polishers; remove swirl marks, overspray, dust nibs, and minor paint imperfections.
- Finishing & Appearance Enhancement: Apply polishing compounds, waxes, and sealants to achieve high‑gloss finishes; enhance vehicle appearance prior to delivery or handover.
