Automation Programmer (CNC, SigmaNEST & Robot (Hiring Immediately)

The Automation Programmer (CNC, SigmaNEST & Robotics) is responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining programs for laser cutting, tube bending, and robotic welding operations. This role uses SigmaNEST and other CAD/CAM tools to generate accurate CNC code, improve material utilization, and support efficient production workflows. The Automation Programmer works closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure high?quality parts, smooth machine operation, and continuous process improvement. This position is essential to maintaining productivity and supporting automated fabrication across the facility.
