Automation System Administrator

**_This position follows our hybrid-friendly schedule, so you get the best of both worlds – flexibility and collaboration. In office days will be 2-3 per week averaging 10-12 days per month in our St Petersburg, FL Corporate Office._**

**Responsibilities**

+ Provide Level 2 production support for enterprise automation and analytics platforms, including UiPath and Alteryx.
+ Administer, monitor, and maintain cloud and on‑prem environments to ensure system availability, security, and performance.
+ Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex platform and automation issues, performing root‑cause analysis and coordinating with IT and vendor teams as needed.
+ Support the end‑to‑end automation lifecycle, including deployments, upgrades, and production support across development, test, pre‑production, and production environments.
