About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Automation Team Lead to oversee the operational performance, support, and continuous improvement of our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) estate.
This is a leadership role responsible for ensuring the smooth running of business-critical automations, maintaining 98%+ uptime, managing a team of Automation Analysts, and driving the adoption of new automation opportunities across the organisation.
Working closely with the Head of Automation, business stakeholders, IT teams, developers, and external support partners, you will play a pivotal role in scaling automation capabilities, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and delivering measurable business value.
