Automotive Loan Admin Executive

Job Descriptions Handle documentation for block discounting and other financing facilities. Collect hire purchase instalment payments and follow up on outstanding accounts. Prepare payment instructions, reminders, and notification letters for customers. Review, update, and monitor system reports daily. Perform daily extraction and downloading of bank statements. Handle incoming calls and email enquiries in a professional and timely manner. Manage insurance matters including new purchases, renewals, and related follow-ups. Assist with floor stock management and inventory tracking. Respond promptly to urgent changes in arrangements. Support ad-hoc administrative and operational duties as assigned.
