Automotive Service Advisor

We are hiring an experienced Service Advisor to run our front counter and deliver a great customer experience start to finish.

What you'll do

• Greet customers, write repair orders, and turn digital vehicle inspections into clear, honest estimates
• Recommend needed service and preventative maintenance, and keep customers updated through the repair
• Coordinate with technicians to keep the shop moving and jobs on schedule

What we're looking for:

• Prior automotive service advisor or shop experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license
