Automotive Technician Lead (EV / Advanced Diagnostics)

Key Responsibilities Lead advanced diagnostics and resolve complex repair cases across ICE and EV vehicles Provide technical guidance, coaching, and support to workshop technicians Drive improvements in first-time fix rate through structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis Act as the key technical escalation point for challenging cases within the workshop Liaise with manufacturer technical support teams when required Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety protocols, and manufacturer guidelines Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance workshop productivity and service quality
Requirements Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on experience in automotive repair and diagnostics Proven capability in troubleshooting complex vehicle issues Exposure to EV or high-voltage systems is a must Posses leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide and develop team members
