Automotive Training Manager

Main Objective

Eurokars Group is seeking a Training Manager to oversee and drive training initiatives across both Sales and Aftersales functions.

This role plays a key part in ensuring alignment with Principal standards, while enhancing team capability, product knowledge, and customer experience across the retail network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage training objectives aligned with Principal KPIs

• Collaborate with Sales and Aftersales stakeholders to identify training needs and develop structured training roadmaps

• Attend Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions and localize content for effective delivery

• Curate, develop, and manage training materials and learning content

• Deliver training through in-person and virtual platforms
