Automotive Workshop Foreman - Gauteng, Bryanston
#DriveYourCareerForward with an established automotive operation seeking a hands-on workshop leader to support the daily management and performance of a busy Multifranchise service department.
This position is responsible for supporting the Workshop Controller in ensuring efficient workshop operations, quality workmanship, technician productivity, customer satisfaction, and compliance with manufacturer standards and health & safety requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating workflow, supervising technical staff, and maintaining high service delivery standards.
Remuneration
R25,000 – R28,000 per month, depending on experience, plus lucrative performance-based incentives.
