Opportunity Description
Seeking an Autonomy Product Specialist to work on customer sites, acting as the first line of defence for issues across the autonomy stack. You will analyse logs, simulation outputs and real-world data to identify system failures, separate signal from noise, and ensure issues are clearly understood and resolved quickly.
This role sits between engineering and site operations, working closely with operators, customer stakeholders and engineering teams to maintain system performance and reliability.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the technical point of contact for on-site issues across the autonomy system
- Triage failures from site operations, logs and simulation data, separating real defects from edge cases or operator behaviour
- Reproduce issues using log replay or simulation and isolate the failing component within the autonomy stack
- Raise clear, well-structured bug reports and manage issues through to resolution
