AV & Event Tech: Setup, Troubleshoot & Guest Service

Sheraton Hotels & Resorts in Johor Bahru is seeking an AV Technician to manage AV equipment for meetings and events. The ideal candidate will ensure all AV equipment is operational and provide excellent customer service to guests regarding AV services.

The role requires a High School diploma and at least 1 year of experience. Responsibilities include set-up, operation, troubleshooting, and ensuring guest satisfaction during events.
