This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organisation's desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Dispatch AV Technician to provide on-site and remote support for audio-visual and IT systems across multiple client locations.
This role demands strong troubleshooting skills, hands-on technical expertise, and excellent communication with both technical teams and end users.
