Context & Environment

The petroleum downstream is partially deregulated in Ghana with Tema Oil Refinery (TOR) and Registered Bulk importers as the key players on the supply side. The demand side has only three key players namely TEMG, VIVO & GOIL. Key supply logistics infrastructure is owned government and the Bulk Oil Distributors.

Aviation Fuel (Jet A-1) is a special product which is produced strictly from production to delivery to customers. Handling of Jet A-1 is carried out in accordance with ATI Quality and Operating Standards (MOCQAT).
