Aviation Tutor (x2)

Location: Old Warden – Shuttleworth College, Old Warden.

Salary: £29,870 to £39,696 per annum, plus up to £10,000 uplift for the right candidate.

Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.

Contract: Permanent – Full Time.

Right to work: Must be UK based. No sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers engaging aviation apprenticeship content using diverse instructional techniques, assessing knowledge, skills and behaviours to support learner success and EPA readiness.
• Leads practical training in aerospace engineering disciplines including hand fitting, sheet metal work and mechanical fasteners, promoting health and safety and industry standards.
• Develops lesson plans and schemes of work, contributes to SAR and audits, and supports internal quality processes to maintain high programme standards.
