Job Summary

The Consumer Lending Head is responsible for overseeing the Home and Auto Loan businesses of the Consumer Lending Group, from acquisition to booking. The role ensures operational efficiency, profitability, and strict compliance with the Bank’s regulatory, credit, and internal policies.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversees loan acquisition activities across the countryside market, including branch and unit referrals, end‑buyer programs, corporate accounts, developer tie‑ups, and other acquisition channels.
• Ensures overall business performance, including:
