Opportunity Description

Re-designing key GE customer journeys to be the best-in-class and industry-leading, using customer journey mapping tools, comparative studies and understanding of what competitors are doing, stakeholder interviews and business performance data. This person will need to thoroughly understand and obsess over the end-to-end customer journeys they are working on, looking at each step from multiple stakeholders' perspectives, identifying gaps or friction points, and developing solutions that are not just customer-centric but also help achieve business goals. Empathy and creativity, as well as a penchant for challenging the norm, will be key ingredients to helping our customers and stakeholders experience GE in the best way possible.
