AVP - Global Finance Delivery

The Finance Center Head (Philippines, India) will lead the greenfield setup and early operations of Sun Life’s finance center—defining the local operating model, governance, and initial process portfolio; building a migration roadmap with global/regional partners; and establishing metrics, controls, and service management routines (e.g., SLAs and performance reviews) from day one. Working under the Global Finance Delivery Leader, this role converts global priorities and stakeholder requirements into clear operational targets, stable delivery, and measurable outcomes for internal clients.

Operational Ownership
