AVP, IT Business Partner

The IT Business Partner (Head, Business Area) is the principal IT officer responsible for effective delivery of quality IT services to ST Engineering business entities in a particular Business Area (BA). He/she reports to the Vice President (IT) as well as the top management of the particular ST Engineering BA.

Key responsibilities include:

IT Planning and Management : Works with the BA's leadership team on its IT strategy, while ensuring that it is aligned with the overall Group IT strategy and direction. He/she will need to plan and manage the BA's IT budget and cost charge-out to its business units, and oversee IT vendors and contracts specific to the BA.
