Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver strategic Global Markets initiatives aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Own end-to-end business analysis across initiatives, including requirements definition, solution design, and delivery support.
• Drive business–IT roadmap planning, tracking progress against strategic priorities and milestones.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis to define solution scope, perform high-level cost/benefit assessments, and support investment decisions.
• Evaluate and re-engineer business processes; identify opportunities for automation, digitalisation, and platform modernisation.
• Identify and assess new business opportunities leveraging technology, digital platforms, and ecosystem partnerships to enhance competitiveness.
