Responsibilities Develop and implement pricing strategies to drive the growth and profitability of the Unsecured Loans portfolio within the Consumer Banking Group Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for product innovation and optimization Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new Unsecured Loans products that meet customer needs and align with the bank's strategic objectives Monitor and analyze product performance, including yield, profitability, and market share, to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement Develop and implement pricing strategies for Unsecured Loans products, ensuring competitiveness and profitability Provide subject matter expertise and strategic recommendations to senior management on Unsecured Loans product development and portfolio management
