Provide guidance to less well‑experienced healthcare professionals and sales teams. Complex training issues/activities.
- Business development in selected regions and accounts.
- Develop and implement tenders’ activities.
- Support product inclusion in regional product formularies.
- Tender management initiatives and activities in collaboration with RSM.
- Facilitate training programs, specifically related to ConvaTec products/franchises.
- Conduct product training for HCP F2F remotely.
- Develop and implement account plans.
- Work with regional technical commission stakeholders to introduce and expand new product usage.
- Develop and implement product protocols.
