Pediatric Emergency Room Nurse

The end date for this assignment will be 03/29/25. COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Children's prior to starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratory virus season. This assignment will float between three campuses but may be assigned to a primary location.
