Azure Cloud Architect (Xico)

Azure Cloud Architect (Contract to Hire – 12‑month term, USD $30 per hour) – Hybrid/On‑site one day a week in Mexico City, Mexico. Responsible for architecture design, migration, security, and automation of public cloud solutions, collaborating closely with DevOps and engineering teams.

• Collaborate with DevOps teams on Azure architecture, building security, network, and systems management applications within Azure and/or AWS environments.
• Lead the build‑out of target public cloud architectures for existing on‑premises customer workloads and support analysis of applications for migration.
• Create architecture diagrams based on best‑practice standards, present them to customers to gain buy‑in.
• Perform migration from on‑premises environments into Azure using 6R techniques such as Rehosting, Re‑platforming, Refactoring, etc. as appropriate.
