The Challenge: Solving the Multiple IDP Puzzle This is a challenging role that goes beyond a standard greenfield cloud build. The client's current operations involve a high volume of duplicate systems and overlapping staff identities across complex hybrid environments. You will be the specialist responsible for solving the ultimate puzzle: consolidating multiple Identity Providers (IDPs). Your Core Focus You will be the owner of the identity consolidation and transformation strategy. Your main responsibilities include:

• Leading the migration from on-premise Active Directory to Microsoft Entra ID.
• Ensuring all separated identities are correctly profiled and mapped across all new independent systems.
