L3 production support

for Azure-based data platforms and analytics solutions
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in

Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake, Synapse, Power BI, and Functions App
Perform

root cause analysis

for recurring production issues and implement permanent fixes
Support and maintain

ETL / ELT pipelines

using

PySpark, Python, SQL, and Databricks
Handle

performance tuning and optimization

of pipelines, jobs, queries, and reporting workloads
Ensure smooth execution and monitoring of scheduled data jobs and workflows
