Azure Enterprise Architect & CCoE Leader

Halian is looking for an experienced professional to establish and manage the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) in Dubai. The role requires over 12 years of experience in cloud or infrastructure architecture, along with strong Azure expertise.

The successful candidate will define architecture standards, drive workload strategy, and create migration playbooks while engaging with senior stakeholders. Knowledge in Terraform or Bicep is a plus.
