B2B Growth & Partnerships Manager (Remote, PHP 55,000 - 112,000 Per Month Including Comms)

Real Inbound Consulting (RIC) is a Singapore-based innovation financing advisory firm. We help high-growth, tech-driven companies unlock non-dilutive government grants including EDG, MRA, and RISC. Our clients are typically SMEs and deep tech scale-ups with USD 5M or more in revenue, proprietary technology, and plans to invest in Singapore headcount and operations.

We are a lean, fast-moving team. Everyone here owns their function and moves without being asked twice.

This is a dual-function role: hunter first, partnerships builder second.

On the hunting side, you run cold outbound at volume via LinkedIn and email, targeting ICP-qualified prospects. You qualify fast, book discovery calls, and report on pipeline weekly.
